My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was fairly large with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony, which was great for relaxing. However, the tiny shower made it difficult to shower comfortably without causing a flood in the bathroom.

The staff, especially Costas, his son Manos, Maria, and the lovely team, were amazing and always cheerful, providing recommendations for family-friendly restaurants and car hire. The service was top-notch. The location was nice, just far enough from the lively strip but close to the charming old town, attentive to guest needs. However, the hotel is in a trashy touristic area for nightlife, not the good ones, and could be described as 'hell on earth. ' The dining experience was okay, with excellent choices, although the Wi-Fi was only available in specific areas, not by the pool, and the beach was a bit further away. Facilities were notable for their comfortable setting and fresh vegetables.
